TERMS OF SALE

By placing a subscription or an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All subscriptions/orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the subscription/order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

To contract with GRABBITLOCAL, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. GRABBITLOCAL retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your subscription / order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be GRABBITLOCAL or may in some cases be a third party. When subscribing / placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your subscription/order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

  • Our Contract

    When you subscribe or place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement notification confirming receipt of your subscription/order: this notification will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your subscription/order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the subscription/goods which you subscribed/ordered have been confirmed/dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

  • Pricing and Availability

    Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this App are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have subscribed/ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your subscription/order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the subscription/order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the subscription/goods, you will receive a full refund.

    Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

  • Payment

    Upon receiving your subscription/order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are enough funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

    Subscription costs and their frequency are presented upon subscribing. Subscribing constitutes agreement to the recurrent and ongoing subscription costs. The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the user, either through the app or by contacting GRABBITLOCAL directly. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current payment period (monthly), when the next payment is due to be processed.

    The terms of a subscription may change at any time, including the cost and frequency of payments. Such changes will be given advance notice by one month by email. If the subscription remains active, GRABBITLOCAL will continue to apply the subscription costs at under the new terms.

    Payment processing services for Merchants on Grabbitlocal are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, Merchant agrees to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. Upon account creation, Merchant shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the information associated with their Stripe account(s). Grabbitlocal will not be responsible for making additional payments to Merchants due to missing or inaccurate information.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us in writing to support@Grabbitlocal.com.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Communication, engagement, and actions taken through external social media platforms that this App and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
ReviewsPortal.com may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.
